Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
You can return any product bought from us within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as shipped to you. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items
To complete your return, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All you'll need is a receipt or proof of purchase from us.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, if it is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, we will cheerfully apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank and/or credit card company first. It can take them up to 5 business days to post the refund to your account. If after that time frame you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@youraustinstore.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same one, please send us an email at sales@youraustinstore.com.
SHIPPING
To return your product, please contact us at sales@youraustinstore.com and we will send you shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
